Terms and conditions

These are the terms of sale between you and Pickngo Mall. By placing an order you accept them.

1. Who we are
Pickngo Mall is a Nigerian retailer selling its own stock through pickngomall.com. Our registration and contact details are available on request and shown in the site footer.

2. Prices
All prices are in Nigerian Naira and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is charged separately and shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have paid for an order.

3. Your order
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we email your order confirmation. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or a price was clearly published in error, we may cancel that line and refund you in full — we will always tell you first.

4. Payment
Orders are packed once payment is confirmed, except pay-on-delivery orders in eligible areas. Unpaid orders may be cancelled automatically after the period stated at checkout.

5. Delivery
Delivery estimates are working-day estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please check your parcel before the agent leaves.

6. Returns
Our returns policy forms part of these terms and does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Product information
We describe products as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative, and manufacturers occasionally change packaging or minor specifications without notice.

8. Your account
Keep your password to yourself. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend an account used for fraud or abuse.

9. Our liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer as a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for an order will not exceed the amount you paid for it.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
