Delivery information

We deliver to every state in Nigeria. Your delivery fee and estimated time are worked out from your address at checkout, before you pay.

Estimated delivery times

• Iwo, Osun — 15 to 30 minutes. Our store is in Iwo, so orders inside the town are hand delivered the same day.
• Rest of Osun — 1 to 2 working days
• Lagos — 1 to 2 working days
• Oyo — 1 to 2 working days
• Ogun — 2 to 3 working days
• Ekiti and Ondo — 2 to 4 working days
• Abuja and North Central — 2 to 4 working days
• South East and South South — 3 to 5 working days
• North West — 3 to 6 working days
• North East — 4 to 7 working days

Dispatch
Orders paid for before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or at weekends, are dispatched the next working day. Iwo deliveries go out as soon as the order is confirmed.

Paying for your order
Orders for delivery are paid for before the rider sets off. If you would rather pay in cash, choose Collect from shop at checkout and pay at the counter in Iwo.

Free delivery
Delivery is free on larger orders. The threshold for your zone is shown at checkout and the discount is applied automatically.

Heavy and bulky items
Your delivery fee covers the first 5kg, which is most orders. Heavier items — car batteries, tyres, cots, full tool sets — carry a small charge for each extra kilo, worked out from your state and shown at checkout before you pay. It still applies when the rest of your delivery is free, because a heavy item has to be carried whatever the basket is worth.

Tracking
You will get an email each time your order moves — confirmed, packed, dispatched and delivered. You can also follow it on the order tracking page at any time.

Receiving your order
Please check your parcel in front of the delivery agent. If a wrong or damaged item was sent, refuse it or tell us the same day and we will sort it out.
