Delivery information

We deliver to every state in Nigeria. Your delivery fee and estimated time are calculated from your address at checkout, before you pay.

Estimated delivery times

• Lagos — 1 to 2 working days
• Ogun and Oyo — 2 to 3 working days
• Abuja and North Central — 2 to 4 working days
• South East and South South — 3 to 5 working days
• North West — 3 to 6 working days
• North East — 4 to 7 working days

Dispatch
Orders paid for before 2pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or at weekends, are dispatched the next working day.

Free delivery
Delivery is free on larger orders. The threshold for your zone is shown at checkout, and the discount is applied automatically.

Tracking
You will get an email each time your order moves — confirmed, packed, dispatched and delivered. You can also follow it on the order tracking page at any time.

Receiving your order
Please check your parcel in front of the delivery agent. If a wrong or damaged item was sent, refuse it or tell us the same day and we will sort it out.
