Privacy policy

This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. We handle personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

What we collect

• Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address.
• Your order history and the notes you send us about an order.
• Technical information such as your device type, browser and pages viewed, used to keep the site working and secure.

What we never collect
We do not store your card number, CVV or bank password. Card payments are handled entirely by our licensed payment processor.

Why we use it

• To process, pack, deliver and support your order.
• To send transactional updates about your order — these are not marketing.
• To detect and prevent fraud.
• To send offers, only where you asked us to. Every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with
Only those who need it to complete your order: our payment processor, our delivery partners, and our email provider. We do not sell your data to anybody, ever.

How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.

Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where no legal duty requires us to keep it, and withdraw marketing consent at any time. Email support@pickngomall.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your basket, and measure which pages are useful. You can clear or block them in your browser, though the basket and sign-in will stop working.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account yourself at any time, from this website or from inside the Pickngo Mall app: go to My account, then Delete account. Deletion happens straight away and cannot be undone. You do not need to contact us to do it.

When you delete your account we remove your name, email address, phone number, saved delivery addresses, wishlist, stock alerts, basket contents, password and every device signed in to the account. Nigerian tax law requires us to keep a record of every sale, so the amount, date and items of orders you have already placed are kept, but your personal details are wiped from them so those records can no longer be traced back to you.
